The Role

The Art Director Digital Commerce develops and creates content for digital commerce e.g. digital shelf product pages, brand stores, eMedia assets and social commerce content based on strategies, consumer insights and data.

If you have experience in Digital Commerce and desire to constantly evolve and grow with the organization and network at large, this is the role for you.




  • Completed education/degree in graphic design, communication design or multimedia design
  • You have at least 3+ years of professional experience as art director digital or in a comparable position
  • You have proven digital design know-how
  • You are experienced in creating content for digital shelf product pages, brand stores, eMedia assets and social commerce
  • Therein, you ideally have experience with Commerce channels and eco-systems such as Amazon or other eRetailers or touchpoints driving commerce
  • Knowledge of digital marketing including basic SEO principles (indexing and tagging best practices)
  • If you have experience working in agency environments or internal marketing departments or consultancies that would be a plus
  • You have conceptual and also craftsmanship strength
  • You work well with Copywriting, Project- and Account Management and Strategy to evaluate and optimize Digital Commerce content to drive successful consumer journeys
  • Designing is your passion but you can stay focused without losing yourself
  • You’re hands-on – meaning, you enjoy doing the work and presenting it
  • You stay aware of the latest trends in digital marketing and consumer experience
  • You’re a great presenter to various types and levels of stakeholders
  • You have solid skills with Photoshop, Illustrator and even After effects
  • You manage your daily workflow and priorities and are comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time
  • You write and talk fluently in English and ideally in German too, but that’s not a must
  • You must be eligible to work in Germany
  • You need to have a German residency & a valid working permit in order to be considered for the vacant position
