The role:

The Project Manager works with our clients to execute the day-to-day project plans. They’re a committed and pro-active partner and consultant, not a mere contact person.

They work at the intersection of all stakeholders internally – such as designers, copywriters, subject matter experts, planners, and support roles – and externally – namely, our clients and their various owners at project level.

The Project Manager we’re seeking writes strong project outlines, and drives quality of projects with an ambition to deliver value to our clients’ business beyond the actual brief. They’re a partner with a strong sense of ownership throughout all phases of the project, and especially in the deployment phase of projects where it’s key to implement a structured approach to manage large volume content deliveries.

If you love to put in the work and are a clear organizer, strong operator and communicator, and emphatic people person, this is the role for you.

You:

  • You have a minimum of 2 year of experience in Project Management, preferably in a marketing, agency or consulting environment.
  • Therein, you ideally gathered experience with Digital Commerce channels and eco-systems, specifically, Digital Shelf touchpoints such as Amazon or other eRetailers. If you don’t have this specific experience yet, you definitely have a passion for the channels and topics
  • You know the ins-and-outs of Project Management and have high standards when it comes to managing projects on time, on budget and on quality.
  • You build strong relationships with clients and are a born people person and stakeholder manager. Hence, you know what it means to be a partner and coordinate and guide a multitude of stakeholders on the client-side as well as internally through the steps of an assignment.
  • Maybe you already know your way around the Amazon and eRetail landscape and the ingredients to a solid eContent Strategy and good Product Page and Storefront communication.
  • You craft compelling presentations and concise project plans and documentations.
  • Maybe you already have some experience working with CPG/FMCG clients.
  • You’re passionate about great outcomes and strive to make good things even better.
  • You write and talk fluently in English, and maybe in German, too, but that’s not a must.
  • You need to have a German residency & working permit!

We:

  • We believe in partnership – with our clients and colleagues.
  • We are a young, motivated, and multi-national team, and we believe more in culture, mindset, and skills than static job descriptions.
  • We roll up our sleeves and enjoy creative endeavors and challenges to grow with our clients, striving to do “Great Work That Works”.
  • We work with great people who are passionate about the evolution of our agency team and enjoy making themselves part of the journey.
  • We like New Work and offer flexible and self-responsible workplace designs.
